1. Account Registration:

You must be at least 13 years old to use konekt.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2. Content Guidelines:

You may post and share content, including text, images, and videos, that complies with applicable laws and our community guidelines.
In no event shall any User Content utilizing drawings, artwork, photography, or video, or any other medium of expression, depicting nudity of any sexual gender or orientation or sexually explicit content of any type, be permitted or allowed to be posted on the konekt website. Any and all such content will be immediately rejected by konekt in its sole discretion and as a final and unappealable decision.

3. Intellectual Property:

You retain ownership of the content you post on konekt.
By posting content, you grant konekt a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content.

4. Termination of Accounts:

konekt reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms of Service, community guidelines, or applicable laws.

5. User Conduct:

You agree not to engage in any activity that may:
1. Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
2. Infringe upon the rights of others.
3. Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.

6. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall konekt be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

7. Modifications to Terms:

konekt reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.
